Ordering

To order, please enter the quantity of each item you require in the quantity boxes and click 'Add to Basket' for each item.

You can view your basket at any time by clicking on "View Basket".

You can check out any time by clicking on "Checkout".

Payment

Payment is by credit or debit card and all payments are processed in total safety through the Secure Servers of Sagepay.

Delivery

Goods are delivered by express courier service to your home or office between 08.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Saturday deliveries can be specially arranged (subject to courier's surcharge) by telephoning us at 01489 891 933.

Delivery charges per order:

Mainland UK (except Scottish Highlands) – Free delivery for orders over £50 (or £6.95 for orders under £50)

Scottish Highlands - £9.95 per order

Scottish Islands - £17.95 per order

Isle of Man - £17.95 per order

Scilly Isles - £17.95 per order

Northern Ireland - £17.95 per order

Channel Islands - £17.95 per order

EU and other countries various rates depending on location (contact us for further information)

Provided that items are in stock, delivery to addresses in mainland UK is usually within 2 working days. Delivery to addresses outside mainland UK is usually within 3-4 working days.

If nobody is at your address when your order is delivered, your goods will be taken to the courier's nearest depot where you should arrange for collection or re-delivery.
